I just want to put a huge shout out to Cam and The Fish Room. I managed to get this gorgeous King Kong Parrot fish from Nelson and Cam at The Fish Room graciously agreed to be the intermediary and ship her to me. He cared for her until he was able to ship her and kept in touch along the way. She arrived this morning and was perfectly packaged for transport. She seems very happy and survived the journey. Thanks Cam for the amazing service.I have purchased off The Fish Room before and was thrilled with the customer service I received then, so am really happy to have had next level service once again!

Really impressed with the quality and size of the plants I received and how quickly they arrived. Theres no doubt these guys know what they're doing when it comes to growing healthy aquarium plants.

I first bought from Cam about 8 months ago and have made multiple orders dince. Always been extremely impressed with the friendly, professional and personal service that he provides. Cam is always happy to share his knowledge and advice, which is a real bonus. The plants are excellent and sent in good time. Free postage also a real plus when you live remotely. Communication is great. Could not be happier.

Do not order plants from The Fish Room. So disappointed. Not just with the way the plants were sent (in a plastic bag, which arrived folded up, most stems broken and leaves snapped into pieces), but also surprised with the owner's disregard for providing reasonable or even adequate packaging for a living thing, and the lack of customer service to put things right. Checkout did not say the 'no frills' shipping meant no protection for plants would be given. Not that it should have to, as if you're going to sell living things, taking responsibility for their care, including adequate packaging, should be automatic. And if inadequate packaging causes any product, let alone a living thing, to arrive damaged (no fault of the courier here), the retailer should put it right, which The Fish Room has flatly refused to do. Not that cheap plants should be treated differently to expensive plants, but these were expensive plants also. Very disappointed.

Cam is a very calm and helpful owner of the fishroom with expertise all about fish. He helped us a lot with our fish tank journey and gave us good direction and hands on help to save our fish. Thank you Cam, we really appreciate your work!

Great advice, non judgemental and always a willingness to help from basic to advanced problems. Cam knows his fish and knows his customers just as well. Recently bought a product from TFR and it arrived faster than products I ordered from my own region. Great tracking information and follow up. 10/10 service and logistics keep it up Cam! This industry needs less Hollywood" and more genuine engaged customer service like he provides."

Great communication, and Cam was happy to respond to emails quickly, giving me advice on how to use my new equipment properly. The plants I bought were all healthy and survived, and are now flourishing in my tank. Looking forward to making my next purchase!

Cam really knows his stuff and has answered all my questions regarding new setups in 2 different tanks with different temperature and light requirements. I have bought all my plants and accessories from The Fish Room including some red ramshorn snails and everything is thriving and happy. I highly recommend them!
