As someone who frequents this wonderful salon, it really bothers me when people try to scam my favorite nail staff by spreading lies and posting negative reviews. Honestly, asking for a refund after having your acrylic nails for an entire week seems unreasonable. I was actually there today and witnessed you rudely confronting the nail salon staff. Despite the language barrier, they are always polite and take great care to sterilize their tools. Let's not spread falsehoods and take responsibility for our words. By the way, my acrylic set looks amazing and shows no signs of damage. Let's all be mature and not try to harm small businesses that work hard to make a living.

I got my nails done on Monday and went back today as 2 had fallen off after 5 days, the rest are to thick and look horendous, they would not give my money back and the staff members couldnt talk proper English they didn't have a Manger present, also they don't clean after each client, old nail dust and clippings from prior clients all over the tables and the guy who did my nails wouldn't talk to me and was rough on my hands. I'm gona go to fair go if they don't sort this out and I'll possibly call health and safety over lack of Hygiene

Got my acrylic nails and eyelashes done last week. The service was surprisingly quick as we came in a large group and my nails look great. Would recommend as an activity on days with poor weather for any tourists:-)

My wife came here with me on monday and get my wife's eyelashes extension done it ls actually been so quick cause normally my wife's eyelashes takes about an hour to do. But anyway its just only few days it was been already falling. We paid 85$ for this eyelashes doesnt even take 2days to stick on her eyelash it was been falling till now. We are not very happy for paying 85$ and just only for 2days starts falling you must something about it!. We just didn't come on the next as we had our wedding. But you must do something about it. 85$ is not worth to pay

Service was quick but sadly no massage was given - It use to be a treat to have your nails done at Professionals, they would take their time on you. I thought it maximum expense for minimum effort.Happy with the nails.
