Dried Meadow

I got some more flowers from Dried Meadow! And I absolutely love them. Super easy to order, they went over and beyond my expectations. I will definitely be getting more soon again.

Beautiful flowers that are still in my lounge! They made an effort to incorporate te ao maori in our theme by weaving flax and adding to the dried flowers - couldn't have imagined a better job :)

Storm and the team at Dried Meadow did my wedding flowers. They were gorgeous and exactly what I dreamed of. Highly recommended, the best part is that I still have my bouquet 6 months later! Their flowers also make the best no-maintenance, long-lasting beautiful gift for absolutely anyone.

I agree with the last two reviews on this business. This has happened to me as well. I have been waiting over 8 weeks for my order and left in limbo with no communication from the business owner. 2 weeks ago she said I would receive my order by Thursday, and Thursday came and nothing arrived. Sent a email and heard nothing for a week, then sent another email a week later and still no response. I’ve paid for the flowers, no flowers and no refund yet. Never experienced this before. I understand you’ve had some technical difficulties with your emails but it has been fixed. I don’t understand why you can’t email me with a realistic time with when I will receive them. I’ve been nice, patient and understanding with you over the 8 weeks. Last time I ordered took about 4 weeks. Please refund my money ASAP as have paid around $280 and I want my money back. Please make a careful decision before your order online from this business.

I ordered on the 7th of april and received an email with a tracking number about a week later. I kept checking the tracking but it was never picked up so I emailed both their email addresses and messaged them on instagram to ask for the status of the order. I finally got an email reply a month after I made the order saying it would be picked up by the courier the next day. However, the tracking shows it never was. I emailed again to ask for an update yesterday after they said it would be picked up the day before and have not got a response. My last order with dried meadow never arrived either and I eventually got a refund after a month or so of waiting. I regret ordering with them again. My friend also made an order the same time as me and has had a similar experience. She ordered over a month ago and nothing has arrived and they eventually replied to her saying they sent it. However, the tracking shows nothing was collected.

Amazing service and I received a beautiful arrangement from Dried Meadow. Can't wait to see my wreath! Highly recommend :)

I’ve ordered from this company previously with no issues.However this order I placed on the 10th of April, tracking created on the 19th of April but no updates since. 28 days later and 18 business days no response to emails to both email addresses or social media, I’ve had no choice but to dispute the charge of the purchase for a refund.These were a gift I was hoping to have before this week. Since posting this review I had the business reach out to me about my review and basically blame my impatience and that it was human error I reached out 4 different ways to get contact and then disputed my order. I mean shop here if you want but this review is here for people to make an informed choice.
