Okay. we didn’t buy a couch yet but the service from the sweetest lady called Kim helped us. The best customer service I have ever had. She is extremely knowledgeable and give you a great run down. She also gave us lots of information (including printed) on the couch we were interested in!She made our experience at Nick Scali very memorable and pleasant.

We purchased a lounge set month ago and Sean promised us that it is in stock and will be delivered on the date we agreed on. This never happened, in fact they told us that the waiting time is 9 weeks. They never updated us even thought I paid 3 days prior to delivery. I will never buy anything from this brand and will also let friends and families know about the horrible experience. Please always buy from well known brands such as Harvey Norman.

Thinking of buying a couch from Nick Scali... DON'T!Sales service was good, however delivery and customer service after that was shocking. We are on our second couch, the first was broken and the leather pooled. Nick Scali replaced it - the second couch arrived and also had a break in the foot rest and also has some pooling. After a no show to pick up the second couch, and an extremely stressful experience with the delivery team and then with customer service (who offered us $200 or a replacement - weird offer!) we decided to live with what we have because we did not want to go through the stress of dealing with them again!

Buying furniture at this place was a terrible experience. There are two different attitudes before payment and after payment. When I asked for help with the fading of a sofa I had bought for just over a year, the store manager told me in a very arrogant manner, sitting on the sofa with his legs crossed, that it was because I had bought leather.Very official response, perfunctory. Friends who buy leather sofas should pay attention. It was the store manager who was impatient and has a bad attitude to the customers.

We just ordered the couch we wanted for a long time and had the most amazing experience with a lady named Kim. She spent 2 or so hours with us, gave us so much information, truly one of the best sales people I’ve seen. Thanks Kim!

Wow, the other reviewers here are so right. I can't begin to explain how awful the delivery process with these guys is. As everybody else has said - Kim was amazing! ... but after purchase it's been a debacle. To get a simple conversation on a delivery time because i have to go out at 4pm on the delivery day has been impossible. You have to speak to an offshore call centre, who simply say that we can't tell you a time, and if you miss the delivery you have to pay another $90. And then I just received a text at 6pm saying to i have to confirm a delivery time by replying OK" within 12 hours

Took a long time and arrived late. After a few months, I really did take to the couch, uncomfortable, doesn’t hold its shape and cushions are already sagging. Called them to ask what can be done, a rep arrived and said there was nothing wrong and I never heard from them again. Was still well in warranty and wanted to see what options they had around swapping for another couch.I would not purchase from them again, not helpful in the slightest.

Deceitful company. Advertise furniture as on big specials which ends up to be the original sale price. Couch took 3-4 months to arrive only for it to not have their side cushions. Instead of offering to fly them, they have said it will be another 3 months for them to arrive. Terrible company, would not recommend.

Kim was absolutely fabulous!!! Super professional and creative, we came in with very specific measurements and she came up with heaps of ideas to consider. I found her to be extremely friendly and personal, especially as a women I found that some other sales assistants would talk to my husband only but Kim made sure to address us both. Would 100% recommend buying from here through Kim!

Very different from sales to after payment was made. We purchased a marble dining table from them. They Couldn’t bring it my upstair with 5 men despite us providing them photos, size . We asked them carefully when making the payment and they were very confident that they can bring it upstair easily. Then couldn’t give us any alternative table that they can bring it upstair. Wasting our multiple visiting Time. The store manager was very arrogant. He even told us to call back on Monday as his mind wasn’t free on that Sunday. We had to find a delivery company ourselves that can deliver that table and they said it was sold out. The store manager said it was Going to take 2 months to arrive. I asked for a refund and they refused. Have to talk to my lawyer, finally, they agreed to made a refund . However, it took 2 weeks after asking several times for bank account information and I have provided fully every single time. It was such a horrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend to buy anything from this company.
