First time there. Person I dealt with was good

Great service. I imported a car from Singapore using Jacanna for the shipment. Tasha went out of her way to help me organise additional transport of the vehicle from the Wellington port to Blenheim which was great.She also stepped well outside the bounds of her job requirements to follow up some missing paper work from the exporter in Singapore. This is not at all her responsibility and I wouldn't expect help from Jacanna in this instance, but with a few emails to her contacts in Singapore she had cornered the exporter (which after weeks of trying I had been unable to do) and within a matter of hours the documents were in the post and on their way to New Zealand. It is this kind of customer service that separates a good company from great. Thank you Tasha!

I would have loved to rate this business 7 Stars. Absolutely fantastic experience all along. My car arrived a week into lockdown and the help and service I got from Neil was world class on all counts, right from clearing to storing the car all was done without any issues and very professionally. I can't thank Neil enough.
