Good Morning Firth,I would like to let you know several things from my experience and point of view.1. It has been 5 years that I have been in contact with NPDC about how Firth is conducting their operations across the way.2. Firth is still able to ignore any agreement that they have with the NPDC when they wish.3 Firth is still allowed to be distributive to the area that I live.Earlier than allowed deliveries, loud plant machinery noise at early am starts, heavy illegal machinery and truck road traffic all continue on. When I try to talk to Firth directly I am ignored, unanswered or told to not complain.Previously I have supplied times and dates of instances but I see no results of me offering that information but I can insure you that all this is continuing to happen as if no action to change this ever happened.Seems to me that Firth can get its way at the cost of local residents and the New Plymouth District Counsel is alright with that arrangement.Joe Roberts
