I needed new running shoes so dropped in to see them. Chris was great. he checked my walk, used various foot pads to walk and run over and 3D scanned my feet. We tried on 3 different shoes and found one that was a great fit and offered the extra cushioning I was after. I also picked up a running hat. Easy.

Great service I won a voucher through Fastlane Fitness and purchased some NB's and the Drymax socks which I love, and they happily exchanged the footwear that I had worn once that I was not happy withI experienced exceptional service from 3 staff members (2 from the weekend and 1 on Friday)The prices are on the steeper side, but they do have some occasional deals and price comparisons to other major retailers, which in my opinion is reasonable

I was served by Jordan who was super friendly greeted us as we entered the store. He asked us why are we here and what we are looking for. He also ran some tests and showed me how I run and pressure on my feet etc... He was very patient and we never felt we were rushed at all. I've never had a shoe buying experience like this before and i will definitely come back again and recommend to my friends/family. Thanks and keep up with the customer service!!!

Got some great advice for trail shoes, didn't have my size for the shoe I wanted, but had it bought into the store in two days, fitted beautifully. Worn them twice now and they are just perfect. Highly recommend the store.
