Freedom Pilates Taupo

Melody's Freedom classes are what got me hooked on Pilates! Melody makes working out fun. With the new Freedom App I can workout with Melody wherever I am. Love love love it! :)

Freedom pilates has so much to offer all sorts of people with different lifestyles. Being a mum of two little ones, I do love to catch a reformer or SUP class when I can however those moments can be few and far between... Luckily Melody has created some amazing videos which you can do from home. They are so professionally done and there is a fantastic range of videos that can help strengthen the parts of the body where us mums need it most. Thanks so much Melody, you are one in a million, such a kind soul who I know really cares about helping people through pilates!

Easy peasy to book online as a one off guest, wonderful fairy-light strewn studio with great attendees and a simply brilliant coach in Melody who is credible, warm, funny, caring and encouraging. Highly recommend. Plus the swimming pool facilities where it’s situated are fabulous.

Just popped in for a class while in town. Melody, who I believe is the owner was my teacher and she was fantastic. Seems very passionate about her job and studio. What a great workout! Pilates reformer is such a great muscle strengthening workout!

When I joined Freedom Pilates, I did so to strengthen my back and I got so much more, I met a great bunch of ladies have a heap of laughs and as a bonus l lost some weight! I am loving the new app and how easy it is to book into classes, purchase subscriptions or order some merch as my daughter would call it. I travel a bit for work and coming into winter can’t always make the classes so have done some pre loaded on to the app and I have to say they are great, they show all levels and with real people, yes some laughs in the videos too. Would highly recommend!!

Best class I ever fell apon. Melodys class's have improved and strengthen my knees after netball injurys, I no longer need to wear a knee support. She has given so much advise on healthy eating plans, helped me toned and discover muscles I never knew I had. Where do I begin! before I met melody I absolutely loathed exercise. I thought Pilates was for older people but boy was I wrong! Freedom Pilates has changed my life! She caters for all different ages and each persons individual needs, bonus she does antenatal classes! I have had 2 children both c-sections so have always been self conscious about my tummy pouch! Melody has got me feeling incredible not only on the outside but also on the inside! She is so much more than a pilates teacher, she watches the kids so I can have a decent work out, she is the push I need and pretty much my therapist haha. She is Taupo's Sparkle. Would 100% recommended to anyone and everyone!
