Thank you to the awesome team at F45 Invercargill. I was visiting from Wellington and got a casual weekly pass. The Team were super friendly to deal with via email and were more than accommodating during my stay. I loved the classes, the variety of exercises and the friendly people in the class. Yudi, Olivia and there team of coach's are amazing. Always there to check on your form and give you pointers. They will push you as hard as you can go and them some. They are always there to help if you have any questions.

Best HIIT in town, they present you a funny head coach. He is going to entertain you around while you workout. But he is not funny when he pushes you hard. You feel like you are going to choke him, but after workout, you will thank him for his support and dry humour. Positive vibes around, great community to be around.

I can't put into words how incredible Yudi and his team at f45 Invercargill are. If you're after a gym that pushes you to the best of your ability, adapts workouts to suit your level of fitness and looks after their members than this is the gym for you. Yudi has been very kind and allowing me to come along to classes as I live and have a membership in Auckland and visit Invercargill often. The environment at f45 Invercargill is electric and everyone is always very kind, supportive and encouraging. I always look forward to coming down to Invercargill and popping along to a class!!

If you’ve been considering investing in yourself, start here. The coaches are supportive of your goals and fitness level that all workouts are catered to you. They have helped shape my fitness goals/ abilities and I have never felt more stronger, confident and motivated to achieve the best for myself. Your mind can be a very powerful thing, don’t let it get in the way of being the best you!
