A government department,,,M S D provide services during working hours,plus on the phone service,,,,,these include BENEFITS,,help with your C,V 's,,,,Contact with a work broker,,and hardship benefits,,my experiences with them have been helpful and useful.you are generally assigned to a case worker with whom you can discuss all your relevant issues.,,in level 2 you need to wear a mask and your currant I,D is required.

The lady I dealt with was great the security entering and leaving was over the top being locked in between the 2 doors waiting for 1 door to close and the other to open was uncomfortable and being told to stand on numbered lines like sheep was degrading and the security staff could try being friendly maybe even smile☺

Woman at reception barely looked at me. She didn’t help, didn’t look into anything, didn’t offer any advice, didn’t listen, and was dismissive. I’m genuinely concerned that she is employed when she gave me a list of things I needed that weren’t even on the form to begin with. Called WINZ the same day and the matter was sorted in less than 5 minutes. Can always trust the receptionists to not take you seriously.

Quiet, well designed, modern office. Polite and helpful staff, considerate of disabled clients needs. Appointments relatively easy to get, wait times to be seen are short.
