Nothing but white collard crooks... They will call and email if payments are due but I have been trying to contact them for weeks and no response. No email, nothing.And the worst thing is that I lost my job and my house and yet these guys are still deducting automatically from my account even though I requested them to cancel my policy. Guess they know that If they dont reply back, they can always play dumb and claim that they didnt know... Meanwhile iam still getting ripped off by paying for something I will never use .. shame on you Partners Life

I have been unimpressed with partners life in terms of customer service. Their coverage is ok, but I found better for less elsewhere. Annoyed they do not get back to you and have hefty hikes in premiums. Still waiting for a response to my request to cancel insurance with them.

My family has benefitted from medical insurance from Partners Life for the past 11 years. The insurance cover is extensive, far more so than the 'big name' insurer in NZ, yet Partners Life premiums are very affordable too.

Visited their website because BNZ have sold their rights to take care of my Life Insurance affairs. Yet, without a doubt, I am not satisfied that this is right for me. Their site does not show me anything appealing. I prefer to have access at the touch of my fingers & I did not get this, or, was I ever asked if I would like to have my policy under a different umbrella! Not impressed!

Was with Partners for close to 9 years. Didn't really have any complaints as I thought at that point in time. Premiums were ok in price. I'm lucky I've been healthy and thought this might reduce but sadly it didn't, the premiums jumped an extra $40 per fortnight this year. Which is ludicrous.Only after I cancelled my policy. I received text and phone calls asking to do a survey for them (I don't do things for free.)Too little, too late. I wouldn't recommend them at all to anyone I know.Service and approach is below par. I suggest you shop around. It's always a buyer's market for any insurance.

DO NOT go with Partners Life. They are a bunch of scammers with no regard for their customers. Increased my premium without even telling me or sending me an email. Way more expensive than othersWorst customer service. Cancelled with them immediately. I repeat- DO NOT buy anything from these scammers. Consider your options and do your research you'll find someone way cheaper. 0/10

Totally rubbish service took 3 months to process my claim and declined in the end. All they take the money and never give claim

I would be careful selecting this provider. After our 3rd year anniversary, our premiums are miles higher than the 5 year projection they gave us initially. Every year the same line is used base cover increase that only happens every 10 years". Strange that this has happened in two consecutive years. I wish I had read all these reviews before signing up with Partners Life."

Extraordinary price hikes year by year, so it becomes unaffordable after a couple of years. No response at all, asking 3x already just for a copy of the adjusted insurance policy. Not recommending Partners Life any longer...
