Absolutely outstanding service from the entire team. From walking in and feeling very welcomed to the consult and rebooking. Loved it all.Keep it up team Napier!!I had been a Specsavers customer for many years but after experiencing less than satisfactory service at Spec Savers yesterday both on 0800# and then in store l, looked at another option and l was lucky enough to get an appointment at OPSM Napier the next day.Now a new customer at OPSM Napier and happy to write a review which I don't often do it was that good!Customer service wins over price these days.

Always great service, excellent quality of products and great selection. The whole team's service (including the optometrist Jason) and the helpful assistance for my vision needs was excellent. I'm very happy with my new upgrades, and the lovely frames chosen with expert help from staff member Marisa. I booked an appointment online 2 days prior and received the confirmation text. I went to go to my appointment and they had closed the shop 2 hours earlier than their hours stated. Have been calling them all week and they haven't picked up their phone once.EDIT: The email OPSM replied with is out of use as well as the phone number.
