Was charged $5 for a one page A4 black and white printout of a flight ticket. Anywhere else they would just say don't worry about paying for the 5c worth of ink, paper and effort. Made me feel extremely embarrassed for Wellington and NZ as I imagine tourists would often use this business for printing bookings, etc. I like to think kiwis are better than how this business make us lookOh and when I asked for a clear sleeve to put the ticket in because it was raining they said it'd be an extra 50c!I thoroughly do not recommend this business

Great Service, Had a university project due and had already contacted other printer companies who couldn't accommodate for a quick turnaround. Rang Hot Copy and they said it could be printed the same day, for a fraction of the price. Really good quality paper, and great result.

Walked In-Store on a Friday to organise a quote and left them a sample to see if they could do it. Advised I would hear back my Monday with pricing. I phoned them midday Tuesday and they said they would email me that night with a pricing. I then emailed them again with my enquiring asking them to respond and now Thursday morning I have to walk in again to collect the sample I left them still with no response! Absolutely useless. I shouldn’t have to contact you three times to get a quote that still never happened. Thanks for wasting my week.
