Didn’t like to attitude from the receptionist they need to work on their customer services skill. She is one of the rude person I have come across. Definitely not coming back here anymore very disappointing. Will not recommend other people to go there.

Just went in for a recheck for couple little things. I wouldn’t even give them 1 star!!!! Absolutely horrible had to wait 4 hours after they told me an hour then 30 min then 30 mins again and no one was even checking my car. When they did check my car they failed me or other little stuff that wasn’t on the recheck. Office staff were horrible. Please avoid at all costs

i went there for a 1 headlight (low beam - leftside) change and to fix the detached 1 reflector. To fix the reflector, they just glue it and you can even see the glue outside of the reflector which is noit very good. And then charge me more than 200dol. I had tried a Headlight change in Holden Manukau and was only 60dol..It's a rip off. I would not recommend this place.

Had my bmw spent 3 weeks at euro surgeon all clean sent it here for wof came back crumbs n foot prints in the back seats spent 2 hours cleaning it up again to how I left it smh

My Auto Tech are brilliant to deal with. Took my Volvo XC60 here, first time using a non volvo dealer for service and I was very impressed. My Auto tech are great communicators - they kept us up to date on how the service was going along with any issues they discovered along the way with clear costs explained. Friendly team. Will definitely be taking my cars here in the future. Thanks guys.

Took my car here to get its WOF was quoted over $1000 for exterior paint job and to fix seat belt and was told it would be done in a couple of days. Took over a week only to be told that there are issues with breaks and that it'll cost another $1000. Tell me how a few scratches on a car affects the way it runs? They focused more on the exterior then they did for what would affect how the car runs only to try charge us to pay more when we already paid in full what they initially quoted us for. Was charged extra costs under MISC - miscellaneous and was told that this was for things where they had to wash and wipe down areas before painting? So why is the MISC separate from the labour charges? No transparency from mechanics and their admin side. Half the mechanics don't know why we were charged extra things and why it costs so much and we were told it was the parts that were expensive. If I could rate them a zero that's what they would've got is a zero. We've always used them for all our vehicles but won't be using them again. Wouldn't recommend, straight milkers this company. Took our vehicle to another mechanic straight after and he was gobsmacked at what we were charged and the work that was done.If you ask me they'll just make anything up that's wrong in order to have you pay for it. Go else where, shop around and get a second opinion. Cost almost $300 labour charges for them just to clean the headlights.DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!

Took my van in for a wof, paid $550 to fix belt, wipers and clean lights. Because I didn't get repairs done in time I had to pay for another wof, which was fine. Receptionist rings, tells me van is done an passed new wof, come collect van. Picked van up and it wouldn't start. They told me it might be the battery just let it run. Still not going. Took it back and they said needs new battery and alternator. How do you pass a wof when you can't even start the car????

Will definitely refer My Auto tech as per my last Customer service experience with 2 ladies at reception. I would tell people go somewhere else rather than dealing with miserable receptionists. Went back because owner was really nice when went there for WOF last time. If you want good feedback of customer it's better to change both of them and get one good one.Sent from my Galaxy
