Went into this chemist at 5.15 on Thursday the 17th went straight to the counter to ask for what I need to be not even greeted by the rude lady behind the counter, and then when I asked for what I was after cut me off saying we don't have that.. had she not cut me off she would have heard what I was asking for. Awful customer service, I work in retail and I know what it's like and that was just down right rude.

Fantastic customer service! I'm from out of town, and just popped in for some painkillers. The whole team were super friendly, efficient, easy-going and helpful. I walked out with a spring in my step! Thank you for being so kind and positive.

As always, friendly staff super helpful, friendly and always smiling. I haven't been in for a while but this crew makes everything so easy. I'll happily drive past 10 other chemists to come to this one for the advice, help and staff. I appreciate customer service especially when there is choice...not all chemists are created equal much like any industry. Thanks again for your help today, expectations exceeded

If i could give this no stars i would. The older woman who works there is the most rudest woman i have ever come across. When you are sick the last thing you want to deal with is a rude woman at the counter. Not helpful and not friendly at all. I will never go back to this pharmacy again.

I unfortunately had the same experience with the rude lady today. She is manning the front of the shop to deal with customers trying to purchase goods. I understand that we are dealing with an unprecedented situation at the moment, but she is clearly too stressed to be doing the job. No wonder people are heading to the Chemist Warehouse in droves. There is no excuse for such rudeness under any circumstances.
