This is a company who removes bad reviews after you have posted them.They are not to be trusted.I got a verbal quote from the owner Craig 2 months ago of around $150 to replace 4 panels in a ceiling that were missing plus the trim to hold them up. The job took 30 minutes and I was charged 1hour $115 for the work. At the time of the verbal quote there were no QR codes to scan and the owner said he doesn't believe in the rules. Again when I paid today he still said that he didn't believe in the covid rules but this time there were QR codes. The bill included a $20 vehicle cost which was 500 metres to the job. Total cost was over $300.To make things worse which highlights what sort of company they are, they sent the invoice to an old address which I never got. I had been in my new address for 3 months before I got the job done so they must have lost all of my original paperwork and quotes and used old information to find my address and sent the invoice there.Then today I get a phone call practically accusing me of not paying the bill. I told the woman who rang that I had been to their office to pay and they couldn't take my money at that time because they couldn't find the bill and so they posted it to a wrong address.That just highlights how poor this company is run.Don't forget to get a written quote from these people otherwise you will end up paying double the the verbal quote.Very disappointed with this company especially after I have written a previous review that they have removed.So as much as they try to remove I will just keep on posting this.
