Guys these people held our van for 5 days an the bill was extremely low given the day an age we live in.More than that a big shout to the young driver who went out of his way to to assist getting our van onto the trailer.Without Sir I would have missed my ferry.Good staff good service.Excellent all round.

Gave them a call just to get a car towed down the hill, sounded super helpful until they said it was $95! Then when we wondering if there was any way to get that cheaper as we were just up the road and could roll it down the hill for nothing, the guy on the phone came off extremely rude saying we should “better get to rolling” quote on quote. When we had initially gotten it towed about a week prior as we had broken down they weren’t very friendly over the phone either and never gave a good indication as to how far away the tow truck was, just stating it would “be there soon” and “it will be there in a couple of minutes”There are better companies out there - advice is to never just go with the first one reccommend, we were given this company and certainly wouldn’t reccommend them to anyone else

No one ever wants to find themselves broken down on the side of the road, but if you do... Eric from Total Towing is your man! He arrived with a cheery smile (even behind the face mask), and took the utmost care to hook up, tow and deliver my vehicle to my mechanic after hours. What could ordinarily have been a pretty stressful situation was super easy when leaving the job to Eric. Thank you for your manaaki.

Had a tyre blow out, on old Hutt Rd Wellington. I called these guys, and were at my destination within 20mins, affordable, eftpos ready for payment. Convenient. Rueben was so incredibly nice, proficient and professional. Highly recommend for roadside assistance in Wellington.

Friends car was towed by police using this company. Called to enquire which depot the car is and when we are able to collect it, man than answered was nothing but rude and then hung up before we could ask which depot it is at.
