Feeling trapped for another year. Very poor customer service.

PLEASE BEWARE - They do not deserve even 1 STAR.You don't know how you will be 'protected' or how 'excellent' and 'caring' a service is until it comes to claim time. My partner was diagnosed with cancer this year, and the way we have been treated throughout the whole process can only be described as inhumane and cruel. It is 11 weeks now and we still have not had our claim accepted for income protection cover/ mortgage cover, we are on the verge of losing our home as a result of entrusting a company that should be protecting us. Delay, deny tactics trying to find any crumb to prevent from paying out. Read the reviews of people who have tried to claim during a traumatic event in their lives and see the reality of what treatment you get from this company apart from further stress and trauma. We have had to fight and fight it is painful beyond words and were we older this would most definitely have killed us not the CANCER!!

For a so called award winning company very poor customer service. They are very keen to hold onto your premiums. Fidelity LIfe failed to refund policy premiums and kept charging premiums when they were told to cancel policies. I had much better service from PartnersLife completing the same process. I would not recommend them to anyone

Decided to leave..I thought cancelling would be simple.... after multiple phone calls, emails, completing a cancellation form.... still can't get them to cancel... very frustrating... feel like once you want to leave they try every delay tactic they can to get a final payout..... hoping I do not need to take this further to an independent financial watchdog..... its looking that way...

Word insurance company that i worked with! Terrible customer service. They don't even pick up! So wondering if i need help from them i will be dead by that time! Do not recommend! I cancelled my insurance.

Customer Service at the first contact needs to improve a lot! If whoever answers the phone has information they could use to clear up what has happened to ones request they really should tell the customer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I do not recommend this company, the time it takes to answer a simple email to get quotes to consider if wanting to change something in your policy. Then when you've decided to go with another company, your advisor needs to follow up with 5 phone calls to confirm they received the cancellation notice since emails don't get answered.

Terrible I don't recommend, they just add more and more payment on my account with out us knowing, what is going on terrible..

Found this company a waste of time and money sounded good when i sighed up i had loss of income protection i became injured unable to work and was paid approx. $500 a month and yet i still had to pay my monthly payment fee approx. $170 and also the amount of paper work i had to do before I received my first payment took 3 months and took hours and hours and 100s of phone calls
