Have had two different procedures here and wont be looking anywhere else from now on!! amazing results, professional and so lovely!

I recently visited Clinic42 for a procedure by Dr Kathleeya,the whole experience was amazing, the friendly reception staff are so helpful and welcoming, they make you feel at ease as soon as you arrive.Dr Kathleeya is just lovely, she made me feel at ease, talked me through the whole process, the procedure went extremely well and I'm so thankful to her. I highly recommend her, she's done an amazing job.Thank you to Clinic42, I'll definitely be back.

It is 3 weeks today that I wasted my hard earned money at Clinic 42.I had 2 procedures, one on my forehead the other on my lips and wrinkles down my jaw line. There is a slight improvement in my jaw line but as for my lips, there us no change and my forehead has no improvement. I was told I would not be able to move move my forehead after having Botox in that area but I can frown and move my brow freely. My lip is still a little tender in one spot but I guess that is because there is a small scab where the injection went in.I wish this was covered by consumer protection, I would demand my money back. I am so upset that I wasted so much money.

Disappointed and Speechless!I made an appointment for a consulting weeks ago.They asked me for $120 in advance to secure my appointment due to I am a new customer and I paid for it. On the day I went to consult, the traffic jam on the Northshore bridge was much worse than usual. I was late 15min. They told me they have to cancel my appointment since I'm late, which made me feel disappointed but I accepted. Then I required a cancelation for the consulting because I need to take a day off from work to do this and I don't know when would be the next time. The first time over the phone, they said it's OK and they will process the refund. After 5 mins, they call me again and tell me I can't cancel this and they can not refund me either. The only option I have it's to change to another date. I felt very very upset and shock! Compulsory consumption still happening in 2021 in New Zealand!And their attitude was like go for consumer protection or whatever, I don't care and you will not going to get your money back.I will go for consumer protection and hopefully, I will get some help. My suggestion is don't go to Clinic 42 if you don't want to take the risk things I've been experiencing!

After a knee operation some years ago, l was having considerable pain and mobility issues. Doctor Jo performed a stem cell proceedure. As always, she was totally honest with me, understanding, and exceptional with her technique. I am now able to do things that l have not done for many years. I am sleeeping through the entire night without feeling depressed and worrying about the chronic knee pain. There is no doubt Doctor Jo has changed my life.

This has to be one of the best Clinics in Auckland! Very friendly and nice to know they're actual doctors...highly recommend.
