Showed him a photo of the cut I wanted in one of his coffee table books. Ended up with a haircut that was nothing like it but luckily it suited me. Shop has a mildew and dank smell about it. Friendly owner/barber but I didn't like my head being pushed around so much. Lack of verbal communication. His reasonable charges might be the only reason I go back for another cut.

What can I say he’s cheap but don’t expect much for the price good if you have over grown hair and want a fade but thats pretty much it and sanitising of tools wouldn’t hurt food for thought

The barber is cheerful and warmly welcomed me to his shop. I showed him a picture of how I want my hair to be cut and some very quick instructions. He is a very nice person and I feel very comfortable in his shop. The price is cheap compare to other shops that I went last. I think he is the nicest barber that I met here in New Zealand. I highly recommend this place to anyone wants to have their haircut.

Not interested in cutting my kids hair with a scissors only. He told me to go somewhere else he won't do it. I was also going to have my hair cut there. So in one sitting he could have made about $60 and I have my kids hair cut about 2 weeks $120 every 4 weeks × 12... looks like he does not need the money. Good to know our small business are doing so well.

Just moved in down the road and desperately needed a haircut, gave Brooklyn barbers a try and was very impressed! Jimmy is friendly, professional and quick! Only took 10mins, looks great and was cheap! Definitely my new regular highly recommended.
