Wanted a 15A plug for my welder to be installed. Portercom came and shared his expert advice on placement in my shed. Job was done efficiently and well presented coming in under budget.

We were recommended Portercom Heatpumps and electrical to have a heat pump installed in our home. We are in a split level home that required some creative thinking on install.The quote provided by Portercom Heatpumps and electrical was the most competitive (by a substantial amount) and included the highest output unit.When we contacted them to go ahead with the install everything happened in a timely manner, install guys were great and left our home tidy. The unit itself was mounted in an area of our home that created a bit more noise than we expected. Portercom Heatpumps and electrical had included some noise isolation mounts in the quote and they were installed.Post install we asked if there was any further methods to reduce the humming noise - we were contacted immediately by their admin team and with 48 hours additional much larger isolation mounts were installed. These mounts reduced the humming noise hugely.Portercom Heatpumps and electrical were not only the best valued providers, they provided unparalleled service pre, during and post install of our unit. We cant recommend them enough.

really appreciate the heating system put into my daughters home, it has made the world of difference to their old farmhouse and it no longer feels cold and damp which is great for my asthmatic grandson. thank you.Also loved to see you have a female electrician on your team well done.

Very impressed with Tim and the team. Very prompt to do the quote, communication was excellent, and when the quote was accepted the booking for install was way quicker than I ever expected.
