Rose has provided many good candidates for my and other teams. She finds out what I wanted and provided me not 3 as the other agencies do but just one who she believed to be the best fit for the team. Saves a huge amount of time by not having to interview 3 candidates and do the agencies job. So explain clearly what you are looking for and Rose will do the work for you.
