Quite upset that these cinemas are being left unclean and smelly when they are still new. Didn’t see any cleaners on site when we went to watch avatar 3D.. walked into cinema 2 and it was absolutely disgusting.. was just saying in the car on the way that I was excited because it’s nice and clean now with comfortable seats, I take that back there was rubbish everywhere and greasy sticky handprints all over the seats, the floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a week or more. Lack of staff customer service we waited so long to get our tickets. Won’t be returning if it’s going to be like this.

Staff are nice, popcorn was cold an chewy and the place is disgustingly filthy, the seats were sticky, there’s rubbish everywhere and popcorn in the crevices of the seats. Definitely hasnt been cleaned. The lobby was just as messy , seats had stains on them popcorn everywhere, gift voucher stand had cards all over the floor. Glad i didnt go to the bathroom .Not an inviting place. It just looked empty and dirty.

Had not been for a long time...still remembered the fold up seats!.... Gone now they have wonderful comfy armchairs. Makes the whole experience much better. Will be looking out for films more often to watch here.

Shows good movies, but the food and the cost isn't good at all.The popcorn is very salt and everything else is too expensive

Very good seating, good parking and on line booking makes the whole experience easy. I would give 5 starts, but for the outrageous prices for food and drink.

Been here twice. The cinemas could be cleaner. There is often popcorn stuck between the chairs. The seats are comfortable and spacious. The cinemas are a good temperature, its not too cold which I’ve experienced before. I do think the assistants could improve on their customer service though. As I am new to the country, if I ask you which drinks are available I do not expect to be told to read the sign, even if that is a logical thing to do, that’s not how you address a customer who isn’t aware. The assistants didn’t seem very interested in assisting. Do a job to the best of your ability or do not work in customer service. Overall a solid movie experience.

Great cinema. Movie was average. Comfortable seats. Usual popcorn movie fare available plus basic bar selection if one wanted to. A bit funny having allocated seating when only four souls in the screening... But perhaps understandable for an early afternoon screening. Parking was easy as ... very close outside in adjacent car parking building. Given few people at screening perhaps lesser charge for per person viewing might attract more patrons i.e. 4% of something better than 10% of nothing? I take it they run the movie anyway even if no one is there? Overall good place comfortable convenient. Pick your movie well!

Easy to book online, great comfy seats, easily accessible and clean toilets. Would like to buy something other than sweet food or popcorn at the snack bar, but I settled for a gin and tonic. Helped me get through the kid's movie!
