Absolutely fantastic venue for an event with 300 person audience capacity. And the team is brilliant. Highly recommend.

Frequent visitor for kids dance competitions. Chairs comfy but can get a bit chilly. Parking for larger events can be a challenge.

A mostly pleasant venue with reasonable backstage spaces and comfortable seating - very very hot in the auditorium however. The attached cafe appears to operate to serve the (also attached) library patrons, do not expect it to be open for evening events at the theatre.

Very good venue to host any performance arts in Lowerhutt. Decent sized theater with ample facilities for visitors and performers alike

Was there for a granddaughters singing competition. Fairly, anticipated parking difficulties. Didn't happen. Easy access . The four star rating is determined by the fact there wasn't any coffee/ beverages/food offerings. Am I missing the possibility of an opportunity here? Just sayin....

Good theater, but the reason for the 3 stars is it was boiling in there! seriously need some sort of climate control in there!

This is a fabulous, nicely sized theatre with a fabulous backstage area, a beautifully large stage with good wings and lovely tierd seating to ensure great sitelines from all area of the setting blocks. I always enjoy performing here.

Nice intimate facility which lives up to its name. Parking in the vicinity is a bit of a nightmare, so allow extra time before the show as you may have to leave the car some distance away.
