Excellent facility. Have used it for many years.

OVER PRICED, GREEDY, nms are dishonest. They harass for payment, upfront, taking over $10,000++ and take way beyond day moved out. They fail to refund the difference.Dishonest, unscrupulous, think they can get away with it.national mini storage are corrupt. They do not do what is right, nor what they promise. national mini storage do not walk their talk.their arrogant junior staff have strange behaviours, hostile, antisocial, liars. obviously paid way beyond their ability, and guilty of theft for taking beyond what is agreed.

I am so impressed with the high-level of customer service at NMS Newmarket! I needed to arrange a storage unit during 'Alert Level 3', and the team were so helpful - they even held a size for me for three weeks before starting the lease (they were low on this size but I didn't need it quite yet) which I thought was really kind, thank you! The facilities are clean, and well-managed. The loading bay is covered which was a big plus as on the day we moved it was pouring with rain. Would definitely recommend - the central location is also super handy.

This storage facility is excellent. Very easy parking giving straight access to units, plenty of moving equipment available, including for mattresses, very clean, and lovely staff.

Had the most smoothest experience and found a perfect storage unit to put my things thanks to Alicia who was so helpful and made the experience so welcoming and easy.

The staff here are really friendly and helpful; the location is very clean, and the cost was surprisingly affordable! A great experience overall.
