Shosha Albany

Didn't have what I needed in stock but they have a lot of juices and disposables. They also have a lot of vaping devices and glass smoking devices. Employee was friendly and helpful.Additional notes: checks Id upon entry. Accepts paywave.

Went it with a little bit of knowledge on what my friends have but how I needed a vape for my own personal use and I'm home testing it out and I'm very impressed! The guy there helped me so much and chose the perfect vape and flavor for me!! Highly recommend!

A big disappoint to be seeing such a great shop turn into such a disgrace. The 2 females working their on a Saturday should be long gone; the way they treat their customers is disgusting. They should learn their manners. This isn’t just with me, every other customer that came in received the same disrespectful treatment. Thankfully I will never be coming back to the Albany shosha again. I was denied service many times on many days by the same 2 females. Total disrespect to a customer.

I always shop at this particular shosha. The staff are always really helpful and friendly, the shop is nice and clean, and well presented. The team has great product knowledge, ans always know what I want when I go there. if they dont have it in stock they let me know when it will be in.

ugliest services ever. Two girls there are really mean, pretty sure one of them's name is Pearl.A beautiful name but useless service. Keep pushing me to buy more coils while the device's battery has problem and caused the oil leaking. Try to take advantage and spam more money from me. Bruhhhh... does humanity still exist? well pretty sure it's dead there.

Bought a 60ml shosha brand liquid I liked after trying a few 10ml bottles as testers. Only to find the taste was different and not pleasant.Went back to ask why the flavour was different. Turns out the 10 ml and 30 ml bottles are the same product. But the 60ml is a different formula.Asked for a replacement or refund and he rudely explained that this is impossible due to it being a consumable goodThis is just blatantly unacceptable. They sold me a completely different product from what I was thinking I was buying. If it is not the same as your other flavours. Do not sell them all under the same name. Or at the very least explain that this is a slightly different flavour.Rude. Expensive and most the staff try up sell you items that are incorrect or unnecessary.

Pathetic store with no respect to customers. The lady used to much profanity and took an aggressive approach towards me and my wife.Would never recommend coming to the Albany Shosha. They’ve always got some sort of attitude towards their customers
