Was there on thursday afteroon.. one staff memeber treated another with no respect. Male screaming at a female staff member in front of customers how un proffesional. I will be going to hastings to do my posatal services now.

Your performance is worth ONE star! Passport fotos: I must say the staff is not properly trained in the operation of their camera equipment etc. When they took the first three photos or so they explained me there is a delay with the shutter and a few other things which I did not understand. After a little struggle they managed it to print finally one out without showing me if I like it or not. And it was blurry around the chin... So I asked if they could take another photo if the first one should be rejected from my embassy... That's what they did, but instead of printing the new one she printed the previous photo again... and so on. The second star is only for the instant print out which cuts down on waiting time.
