The Ecoware team were amazing to deal with for our annual TEDx event this year. Products were perfect for catering. Paper bags were high quality and well suited for the goodie bags for our attendees. The team was super helpful with guiding us around disposing compostable and food waste too! Thanks guys!

We used Ecoware bowls, plates and cutlery for our fundraiser and were very satisfied with the quality of all of the products. Ecoware even allowed us to use their commercial composting services to make sure the waste was taken care of in the correct way. Using Ecoware products made for a guilt free, Zero waste event.

not sure if there's anyway i can give no stars, but this is appalling. my school cafeteria orders sporks from this company, and the structural integrity of such a utensil is atrocious. when i dig into a good bowl of pasta, the spork's left side breaks down the middle, leaving me with tear sauce on my noodles. i don't know how ecoware thinks they'll get away with such a thing. after thorough investigation, i've found a three millimetre distance between the left hand side of the spork and the right. me and my comrades have borrowed multiple sporks, and been left high and dry. i speak on behalf of the people. this cannot go on.

Ecoware NZ has generously sponsored us with 1000 of their plant-based cups for our Mount Monster event! The business was amazing with communicating with us and sent the cups to us within two days. We love that they are a NZ owned and operated business doing their bit to save the planet. Thank you so so much Ecoware, we love your products, and we love what you do! Would recommend anyone to use this business!

Used Ecoware cups at our conference and the attendees loved the high quality packaging and the fact that it was sustainable! We've used their products at many events before too and they're always great :)

Love what this company is doing! Noticed the brand supplied cups at my local coffee shop in Ponsonby, ended up on their site and got some really useful information on composting and the likes.

Too bad that I can’t rate with (no stars at all). This company lacks integrity, basic business ethics and the thoughtfulness when it comes to customer care.I have sent them an email asking them if they ship to my location (overseas) as I have previously expressed my interest in environmentally friendly packaging solutions for my restaurant. They have replied that they don’t. In another email I have explained to them that I will be arranging the shipping through a freight forwarding agency. My email was completely ignored. I sought their Instagram account and expressed my discomfort that nobody got back to me. Surprisingly, they blocked me which was a very unprofessional yet a very immature act as it showed that this company can’t take such comment on their social media as it would make them look bad in front of their followers.I thought of sending a message to the owner through LinkedIn to make him aware that someone handling their social media account is acting unprofessionally and that management may need to be aware of it. The shocking part, the owner replied that he is the one whom has blocked me and that my persistence of getting their product was annoying. He advised me not to post anything on their social media accounts.Beware of dealing with such shady organization that claims to have a Nobel cause that is protecting the environment when they completely lack the basics of human interaction. I promised the owner of spreading my terrible experience everywhere.I will focus my efforts to sue this company for refusing to do business for some shady reasons. I have very good relations with true lawyers in NZ that can really straighten them up.Make the right choice, people. Choose the company that truly cares. Not a fake & shady one.See attached the response from the company owner & founder. How unprofessional.
