We were lucky to have Jamie and Build7 team design and construct our home late 2020. What stood out to me is the honesty and transparency Build7 operates with. The team took care of our every need and delivered the house on time during very challenging period of early COVID lockdowns. We would not hesitate to use Build7 again. There is nothing like a brand new house to move in to :)

We cannot speak highly enough of Jamie and the Build 7 team. We were able to follow our build process via their personalized online schedule from afar and Jamie was extremely helpful incorporating appliance upgrades at short notice. Build7 is different; we sat down with Greg our Customer Relationship Manager and provided our house dreams (must haves & wish list). We were blown away with the plans that came back & only made one change. It wasn’t just a plan on a piece of paper – we had 3D renders of our dream! We paid nothing for this service, and paid a 10% deposit upon signing the contract for the working drawings to be prepared. We have Been in our Lovely Home now for just over 1 Year. We engaged with Build 7 after perusing the Market for suitable Building Contractors. Our Interface with the build 7 team was excellent from the get go and right thru to handover. The Build Quality of our Home is excellent and we have had no issues with this. In all they are a great team with Quality People looking after their Clients best interests.
