The fries were unevenly salted some were way over salted and others had non. I watched her salt the and I have included a picture. They were unedable. The snack wrap had all the chicken at the top and all the dressing at the bottom. The store wasn't to messy but it wasn't perfect for sure.

Food was ok service was good but I don't prefer my chicken burnt especially when I'm paying $50+ for a XL Bucket so please improve.. click and collect and ordering inside is better than drive through from the few other occasions I had been here

Food was freshly cooked. We got a family pack with chicken, chips, coleslaw and potato gravy. Everything was perfect except gravy was lumpy not smooth like it normally is.

My order didn't even have the chicken in it!!!! Couldn't be bothered driving back... this is not the first time this has happened, will not be going back to this branch again.

Is it so hard to smile in your job. Haven't been to KFC for ages and thought I would dine in for lunch. Staff never made eye contact, no warmth and unfriendly atmosphere, but thank goodness for a new staff member who was willing to help. I wish you all the luck. Remember someones always watching!

Went here yesterday and was so impressed by a lovey lady's service towards me.Good old fashion CS at its best.She was interested in my convo about my mokopuna. She didn't have to be, but she engaged in the conversation with me, and I remember people who go that extra mile.

During peak hours, it can be very stressful to find parking around the venue as it shares carpark space with other businesses.The ordering system was very confusing. Alarms kept going off when trying to place an order. No staff taking charge or asking if I needed help. Dirty tables, left with KFC grease and chicken scraps.Chicken was average - small pieces and dry.Recommendation would be work on improving customer service and keeping on top of cleaning the premises.

I waited in line for about 30 minutes as I ordered the classic bucket meal. When I got home, the batter of the chicken wasn't golden brown ,it was more light brown and soggy. I was really hungry so I grabbed me three pieces, and as I did, two of the breast pieces was burnt underneath and one of my thigh pieces was undercooked. Dissapointing ,when people have to go get food after long hours of work and I understand that it does get busy but this just doesn't cut it man.
