5 Star review for the fish section only, Great quality fish and are open to buying fish off breeders making breeding a lot more easier, I do notice some of the tanks can be over-crowded etc. Yet the water conditions are fine and they know what they are doing. Great customer service they are very helpful in the fish section. I do find the way they treat all the other animals cruel.

Have had some experience of rude staff but they must get some annoying customers so hard to know if you've just got them on a particularly bad day. They do know their stuff, which is the main thing. Equipment tends to be expensive, but still comparable with other pet stores.

Wet pets is a horrible place I didn’t realise how bad it was until I went inside to buy some fish, all the animals in there are quite literally sleeping in their own urine and they have gone to the toilet in the water bowls and it hasn’t been cleaned out, I went to buy 2 goldfish and I got sold EXPIRED gold fish food the food swelled up and blocked my filter and I didn’t realise it was expired so my fish didn’t eat for 4 days I wouldn’t recommend supporting this place I went back to get my money back for the food. They don’t deserve anyone’s support it is cruel.

This awful place needs a minus rating…18 months ago we saved 2 pups (4.5 months old) was told their breed with paper work and a pic of 1 of the fathers. Today I received DNA results and they’re aren’t what they told me they were. Furthermore 1 of them is inbred due to puppy farming.You make me sick.

I felt so sad in the whole shop… from the cages that the dogs are in to the fact that they even have hens in small narrow cages, I left the shop crying and feeling so heart broken for the poor poor animals, the staff are not enthusiastic at all and that didn’t make me feel any better about the place.

Such a variety of animals everytime I go. Staff are friendly and happy to help. Love visiting, every time I have mates out of town bring them here to see all the puppies and kittens. Love it. Heaps of birds, fish and other critters too.

This store is the worst!! They sold my friend a cat for over $1000 knowing that it had a fatal heart condition, but chose not to tell anything about it. My friend is now paying thousands of dollars in treatment for the cat and the store will not pay any compensation or take accountability for their actions.

We popped into the store just after 5pm to look at cats.The staff (I think her name was Sarah -dark hair and possibly the manager - male) where absolutely amazing, so accommodating and helpful.The lady showed me pictures of her beautiful ragdolls and let me get the feel of what cat would be best for me.The manager talked to the kids about animals and gave them a one on one experience with some.Great people and I'm hoping to go back this week to purchase a lovely cat.

What a bloody good Shop !Such a caring group of staff .Very friendly , helpful and great range of products .The animals are all well looked after and obviously loved .One of the best pet stores I've seen by a long shot
