Great to deal with, super flexible. We just paid them for the drawings, detailed plans and sorting out the council consent. We we free to approach our own builder/project manager.

The plans Bruce provided turned out to be unsafe and unfit for purpose. Attempts to rectify the situation have been met with silence and an unwillingness to remedy the situation.
