We discovered cracks in the concrete pad after lifting our carpet, and this was weeks out from having our new carpet laid, so we needed to deal with this quickly. Watkins Flooring Xtra recommended Diamond Grinding, and right from the start, Steve and Roman were really good to deal with. Steve returned my call Friday, booked in a quote with Roman for Monday. Roman arrived at the time he said he would.I'm happy we chose to go with Diamond Grinding. They were professional, did what they said they would, were clean and did a great job. I'm really pleased with their work. A strong epoxy was used in the largest crack, and the expansion joints that had opened up were treated with polyurethane. Roman even followed up the next day to see the work was setting properly and filled an additional opening under a door that I was concerned about. I'd have no problem using these guys again, totally recommended.
