I've yet to meet someone as equally arrogant and rude as the man I encountered..apart from not letting me finish one single thing I was trying to ask and making me feel worthless.. What happened to the customer's always right.. I will add I'd made sure to do any and all research needed just to make sure I wouldnt make a fool of myself but wow he sure showed me.. Was going to be the only bike shop I went to but will never go near here and I'll make sure all family and friends follow suit

Very helpful and knowledgeable team. Hubby really enjoyed the chats and was able to find the bike he wanted plus some info on local bike groups and trails. I got some good advice on balance bikes for the little one and planning to return soon to order one.Price is similar to the bigger local stores and service is better.
