We used Future Energy for our Air Conditioning Ducted system and were impressed by their end to end solution. The initial consultation with Heath was very informative and he outlined the entire process. Rebecca from their office admin was amazing to deal with and she kept updating us on the time-lines and gave us progress updates. Chris who came to do pre-inspection was lovely to chat with and was spot on the details.On the implementation day the installation team turned up on time and did a seamless job. I was working from home that day and they made sure they kept thier noice to minimum. Great team and a very good experience. Would recommend them anytime.

Future energy where professional in all aspects from start to finish and very responsive to all questions and queries unlike the 5 other companies I contacted at the time. We initially meet at the head office, sat down had a beer and discussed the install plan for a ducted system for our brand new house. Come the day of install they guys were in and out within about 5 hours and fully cleaned up after themselves.I have now employed Future Energy to reinstall a couple of old units and install a couple of new units at my work place too, I would 100% recommend anyone to use them for all your aircon needs.
