Why all libraries close at 18.00? I don’t have chance to get there after work during the week Libraries used to have 2 late nights a week. Are we lowering our standards, Auckland Council?Also, my requested book has been ‘in transit’ for 4 days, even on the website says it’s available in Highland park library.

Favourite library in the area. I like the variety of.books they have to offer and staff are always friendly. My children loved the booklet they had for Lunar New Year this year, keep up the good work.

I used to enjoy going to Howick library but this one is so much bigger, especially the kids area

Good place for quiet study. The only problem is that some people just don't know to control themselves or their volume like the crazy guy setting in front of a computer. The best place is the tables at the northwest corner, adequate sunshine/shadow + quiet zone + overview of street and plants outside the window.

What a wonderful venue full of activity during the Matariki time of cultivating and appreciation. Library was clean, tidy and organized so i will definitely be returning again.

Bring your headset if you don't want to be disturbed by group meetings held in the reading areas, eg a quite noisey group of six at a 'bookclub meeting' right next to me at present. This library really needs to have meeting rooms/areas.

This is a library that always goes the extra mile . The staff are very friendly and helpful and the various programs they run cover a wide variety of interests for both children and adults. I have twice lost valuable things while at the library and the staff have made sure they were returned to me. Have to give this library full marks for their service to the public.
