Very poor service and advice. A real pain to travel to the warehouse in Seaview to actually pick up the tiles because the store is really only a showroom. Have been coming here for years but won't bother anymore. Not recommended.

Poor customer service, delivered tiles to job and left them in drive way in plain sight for any one to steal, then denied any responsibility and refused to pay a labour invoice for hauling tiles

Very poor service.Had a faulty item and they made me wait two and a half weeks while they dealt with the supplier instead of just replacing the item and dealing with their supplier themselves. The items were just on their shelves and after all that agreed the item was faulty anyways.I was told to just be more patient.
