Another hidden gem on the shore. Offer wide range of craft bread and pastries. The cinnamon roll deserves a thumbs up.

Visited on a wet week day at lunchtime. The backyard seating wasn’t covered but there is seating outside at the front that is. Constant stream of people coming in but still plenty of seating inside. The menu is accurate for prices but there are more options available that aren’t listed. (The filled baguettes look worth another visit.) I had the cinnamon donut- very nice. Will definitely go back.

It’s ok, but way too overpriced for the quality of customer service. In most cases, getting your order right is a challenge and takes a long time. Even if it’s just the size and type of your coffee. It seems like there is just not enough competition in the area, hence no motivation for improvement.

I use to come before getting my children from school and the food is delicious.However, there two things that bother me:The most important is a matter of hygiene, because I’ve seen several times, people making / rolling the dough with uncovered beard and head and I find it disgusting.So would it be possible to make sure every employee, especially those preparing the food, has their head and beard (if applicable) covered at all time?The other issue is about hours: I find it really disappointing that the shop is closed when kids get out of school. They could buy their afternoon snack before coming back home! How about closing at 3:30pm?Thank you.

Outstanding customer service and welcoming staff! They go out of their way to assist you. Quality products with thy finest freshest ingredients which is why customers return. Even in Lockdown!

Enjoyed my coffee and light breakfast. Staff were helpful with food questions. Not much of a full cooked menu, but the cabinet food was nice. Go for the donuts!

Ponsonby is better. Feels more like a service than an experience here. Mediocre coffee. Small, double shot flat white. Chocolate Hazel nut croissant was delicious. Sausage roll is lovely. Pies choices are not great. Decor needs attention, dead plants and boxes everywhere. Outdoor area is undesirable. Staff lack character & charisma.

Delicious! Tried the white bread sourdough and the wholemeal baguette. Lovely place with a beautiful garden to sit in. Dog and kids friendly. Great coffee. So relaxing here!
