One of the best decisions I've ever made was to join this gym. I love the feeling of being in a safe and comfortable space while working out. The lovely trainers Carolyn and Olivia, they do a commendable job. They're really accomodating and give you the workouts that suits you. I am enjoying the Warrior Goddess program so far. It's been a month now and I can already see a lot of changes in me. Thank you team..!! ❤️

Lovely gym! The environment is super open and inviting. The staff are kind and happy to help. Would 100% recommend this place if you need a safe space to excersise and enjoy working out.

Having been away from gyms for many years, I definitely feel like a beginner again so the vibe is super important. These guys have it nailed. Everyone is so friendly and the trainers know and use everyone's names for example (incl after I'd only been there a week). You definitely feel like a real person and not just another customer. The gym's in an older building in town which could use some love but the machines and equipment are all excellent. Clean, tidy and with lovely knowledgeable people. You can't go wrong.

I’m a historical Go Girl member, but have been specifically coming in for a monthly Skyku scan for the past four months now. I love the accountability and sense of accomplishment it gives me and it is 100 times better than callipers ever were! Carolynn is always great to work with and the atmosphere at the gym is always a positive one

I'm so happy I joined this gym one of the best decisions I made. The PTs here are amazing they are so motivating, friendly, welcoming and push you to reach your goals everyday. They change and adapt workouts that suits you especially if you're injured. I joined the warrior goddess program an been doing it for two months and have seen lots of changes an the classes are so much fun.

If you're thinking of joining Go Girl Physique just do it! I promise you, you will not regret it. My only regret is not joining years ago. I saw the sign for the gym down the main street and always thought about it, but never called in. It wasn't until the sign disappeared, that I called Go Girls to ask if they were still open. That was my first contact with Caroline and one of the most life changing calls I've ever made. Tailored programs that will have you achieving your goals. Great gym. Friendly staff. I am doing warrior goddess programme and the support of others helps you try harder. Everyone works at their own pace and the trainers can adapt the session for beginners or seasoned goddesses and give tips to improve form. The 3D body scans are great for overall body assessment instead of focussing on just weight
