Statf need hearing aid asked 3 staff members none of them listened and forth staff said its not my department

Great countdown store! Some great vegan items as well in the freezer including Gardein. Vegan cheeses as well!

Staff are rude, lazy and the opposite of helpful. This location has serious HR issues. We shop the other main supermarket for better service and prices

What you expect out of a New Zealand grocery. Stock issue with most everything there, just missing some supply chain items. Not dirty, but understaffed. No self check out.

The store boasts a wide array of merchandise, a clear and concise layout, and ample lighting. The discounts on offer are generous, and the frozen section offers a diverse selection of food items. The staff members are generally friendly, and parking in the vicinity is plentiful. It seems that the store is never overly crowded during my visits.

Went for grocery top up, considering the tough times, covid which forced prices up the store was reasonably stocked, I went there around 11am and was checkouts were flowing ok, staff are friendly and helpful

Could be better, good price range, but the shop itself needs a renovation or at least do something with trolley bay, it stinks there awfully. At 5 pm always queues on checkouts, not enough people. Why not to add self checkouts, would be way faster for busy time

Large supermarket with great variety of food choices to choose from. The counter staff is helpful and polite when serving. There are also a lot of discount features such that it feels much more worthwhile to purchase the groceries here

Needs smaller meat packs for solos. Otherwise fine love the clearance sections
