Friendly, helpful staff. Good for basics but not for specialty items like imported goods. Produce section not as good as the other Countdowns in town. But well stocked with the basics.

This is my local and it has the basics covered but is likely to be more expensive. Most things are a little bit dearer than PaknSave but with more options at Countdown usually, not always.I have seen a large bag of dog biscuits over $10 more here for the same product.I am disgruntled with all the supermarkets for their prices and stock levels for a while now. Countdown Tikipunga is no exception.On a positive note, the specials are usually worth taking advantage of as well as the 3 for $20 in the meat section.

Clean, tidy, what we've come to expect from supermarkets nowadays. Some shelves a little thin, but that's due to the times. They had all the basics.
