we had a boat trailer with a broken shock and got there right before closing time, they helped us with the right part and kept it open a little bit later just in case we needed extra screws etc. absolutely incredible service, thank you so much!

Purchased oil filters for my bus, having changed oil and filters oil pressure was almost non existent. Replaced main and big end bearings, still low, pulled oil pump and cooler, had them checked and all ok. Went to engine reconditioner, he suggested I change filters to genuine Mitsi, problem solved. Be aware of this when changing filter brands.

Very dissapointed in the lack of service and the arogance I faced on more than one occasion when trying the purcase parts from the Taupo branch. This young lady ignored me and after waiting for ages, had to go and find someone in the back to assist. She has no manners and should not be working in this position dealing with customers. I have spoken to a few businesses now, and they had the same experience. We will will rather take our business elsewhere while she is employed by Parts Master.
