Worst customer service experience I have had for YEARS! I was in the store on the afternoon of Wednesday the 13th of July. The person at the counter looked uninterested in talking to me so I had to approach them, they were short and unhelpful with their answers and did not seem to want to help me find a creative solution to my project. The worst part was at the end when a couple of tradies came in and said to another customer service representative that they were speaking to that guy earlier" whilst pointing at the gentleman serving me. The man serving me then proceeded to COMPLETELY ignore me and began talking across the room to them whilst still standing right in front of me. I was not told goodbye or wished a good day or any of the usual things you say to a customer at the end of the interaction. I had to say "thanks

Great service, huge selection and very helpful staff

Awesome service. Asked for 2 bolts and the guy came back with them and gave them to me for free. Said they would cost 40c so it's not biggie. Definitely coming back here if I ever need bolts again and I'm more than happy to pay next time.

Went into the Gasson Street branch, around 2.30PM , 1 person was being served, 2 were waiting in front of me then 3 came in behind me. There seemed to be only 1 person serving, we waited for a few minutes. The least they could have done was acknowledge us all, I dont mind waiting in any shop given that we are in covid" times

Had a small hard to source bolt the team here were able to find quickly. Busy and a big line but guess that shows it's popular. Thanks
