Would give more stars if possible. Fantastic reception team, Dr Tiplady was amazing, very professional, and kept me very informed and educated me on the process not just during the session but plans for what next. Recommended to all colleagues and friends.

Just the best!Our son suffered an ankle injury 10 day prior to leaving for the opportunity of a life time. Andrew calmed his mind, dealt with his injury and worked closely Motus Physio next door.We've put him on the plane...will let you know how he goes.

First appointment of the day, doctor already running late. Invites me in for consultation, was nice to see him browsing social (browser still open) for the 10 minutes I was waiting for him.Thoroughly disengaged throughout the whole consultation. So really, I paid $100 to wait in a waiting room and have a conversation with someone who had no interest in helping.The fact that he repeatedly suggested I take medication I told him I couldn't shows exactly how disengaged he was, and how much he wanted to get back to his social media.

Great experience.Lovely team at reception and very professional. A big shout out to doctor Fletcher who did my compartment pressure testing, he was great and very informative also very willing to help. Would definitely go back if I needed to again. Exceptional team, awesome experience and care given the fact you are typically referred to the team when injured and struggling. Mental and physical health and wellbeing are kept at a priority and shown from the reception door to the patient room.Shout out to Dr Chris for my care!

My experience mirrors pretty much exactly the review left by Paul some months ago. I was shocked by the reception person who slouched in her seat, gave me incorrect information and generally seemed uniformed. My appointment was the first in the day but I was kept waiting 10 minutes (and I have no problem with this if there's a genuine emergency) but the doctor then arrived and promptly left to get coffee. Attitude casual to disinterested, wanted further tests (which might have been suggested over the phone). No examination or further questions. Consult over in 10 mins. Charged $110.
