Literally the worst sales staff I have ever encounted. Needing to be chased for a quote week upon week is unacceptable. I even contacted management to chase the quote and yet still have not received an updated one. Will take our money somewhere it's respected.

We had two other companies do a measure and quote for us but the Carpet Court representative was so much more thorough. She pointed out some changes we should make to ensure a smooth installation with a better result underfoot. The installation itself was pain-free and we're so happy with our new Rhino carpet.
