We were in the same rental for two years and we saw great communication and a pro-active approach to maintenance issues (everything addressed within a day easily). Very friendly with a personal touch - something very lacking with other companies!The rental itself was very good. The only reason we moved out is because we were after something bigger, otherwise we'd definitely stay with Housing Plus!

I had a good experience renting a flat managed by Housingplus. For any housing issues, minor or major, they're easily contacted even during non-office hours. And the people comprising the team are very warm and pleasant. I would totally recommend Housingplus.

Responsive and pro-active in looking after tenant's issues etc. Good at communicating information about inspections and flat viewings.

I stayed in one of their properties for 3 years. I was very impressed with the overall quality (quality and cleanliness) of the property when I first moved in. The agency put in a lot of effort to maintain the property to the highest level. I was very pleased with the level of communication I had from the Property Manager too. There was never any miscommunication and the PM was very responsive to my emails and texts in a timely manner which doesn't always happen with agencies :). I also found this property was much cheaper compared to other places (much smaller and poor condition) I saw on the market while looking for a new flat. The only reason I started looking was because I needed a bigger space and an outside private area. Overall, I never had any issues with this agency and I can definitely recommend them to any potential tenant.

Couldnt fault this company at all for their service, professionalism and staff. The process from start to finish was easy, their communication timely and were always willing to fix and issues and go the extra mile to help you out with any issues that arise during your tenancy. We were very sorry to have to leave our rental with housing Plus and would recommend renting with them and especially having them manage your investment properties.

Bad company to house with.Maintenence was terrible, communication with landlord was non-existent, overcharged for utilities, and got bond band 4 months after I moved out.Do yourself a favor and avoid this company

Had a viewing for a property organised by Christina at 4.30pm so I took time away from work to make sure I was there on time. Arrived to the property half an hour early and waited until 4.45pm so I made contact with her only to be told that the house has been rented! No courtesy email or call from her or Housingplus.
