This is not a negative critic, just some words of caution for people that could misinterpret the idea of this workshop like I did. All misfortunes happened to my vehicle were of my own doing and I fully accept all responsibility. As someone who booked “half-greasy” package to have help doing work that I have not yet have done before, I was not too impressed with the service. The wording on their website should be better and more detailed. You get help from a technician; advice, assistance, a hand - do not expect they will be with you and guide you with good and clear technical directions though. They are also not broadly experienced with all vehicles, specially European. Every vehicle has it’s own specific ways of wrenching etc. and any good mechanic should know these to be able to apply correct proceedures to the work that is required. As a customer, I was probably expecting too much; but I also didn’t feel like the technician assisting me had all the required knowledge needed to work correctly on my vehicle. This means I have made some terrible choices when I was advised what to remove next (as I was not being shown the correct proceedure prior). It was a day of unnecessary stress and moments of feeling completely lost and exhausted. Yes, I should have done more reading before coming there and I learned my lesson. However, I believe there is a better way of providing this kind of service: a service that is thorough, involves more preparation and better communication. There is a great potential here, but certain services should not be rushed / pushed just for the sake of making the sale. Then again, my expectations are probably too high.If you are a very experienced diy’er, this is a great place to work on your vehicle. You will have a lot of tools available, and they will also try and provide you with other tools you mighy need that they don’t have. Although, if you own a European vehicle, be prepared to postpone certain jobs as they might not have everything (and get ready for some nice comments that can be vehicle brand specific). It’s also a great place do to basics (oil change, brake pads and basic vehicle service) as you can always ask for an advice (+ you can do your job safely). This also isn’t a “I am not coming back” review. Having a space where you can rent a hoist and basic tools is great. But before other services are offered, there should be more staff available for them as more staff means broader brand knowledge. There probably are more technicians on business days, I was there on a Sunday so that is also something to consider.I’m still thankful for all the help that I received, but I am only coming back when I know everything I need to know about a job that I intend to do. It’s a learning curve for all of us.

Had a Japanese car servicing done here. The price was reasonable, service quick. No complaints whatsoever. I'm recommending this place to my family and friends. And I'll be back for my next service.Ps: Try booking directly with them instead of going through the platforms like GrabOne. The pricing is the same and they won't need to pay fees to GrabOne. Help local businesses.

Have used Greasy Hands to work on my own car twice now. The process has been super easy. Will continue to use them for any more mods I feel I am up to doing myself.

I visited Greasy Hands for the first time today and I could not be happier. They have all the tools, which are all very good quality. The staff member provided extraordinary customer service which plenty of managers would envy.I have already told three friends, all of whom are sick of servicing their cars on ramps and they are going to check Greasy Hands out.

I’ve been here on three separate occasions for work ranging from easy repairs to big jobs. The team is always super helpful and the right tool is always on hand. The ability to make repairs myself (with help when I need it) has literally saved me thousands compared to dealerships and buying the tools myself! This is the only place I’ll bring my car :) Thanks team

Went there today with the Bro to do his Van, we brought all the parts, oils and tools along and did our thing. Laidback chill atmosphere, with very friendly and helpful staff. They have a pretty good setup on equipment, decent hoists 4 Ton capacity I believe ( do double check with the owner if you’re having a heavier vehicle). Someone will operate the hoist for you for safety. Have your tools and parts ready and do your Job together.Great day today cheers.Pricing is totally fine for a couple of hours hoist hire.Cheers from the Guys with the Bongo Van from earlier on.

First time I had visited, needed a hoist to get access to the transmission to do a fluid change, while there I did an engine service too, quick simple and no fuss. I won’t mess around on my driveway or garage from now on, I’ll book a bay and service my cars there. Staff were friendly, I would highly recommend Greasy Hands as it makes working on your own cars a doddle and hassle free
