Ross Galt Lock & Alarm Ltd

My daughter had her door slam shut in the wind and self locked the truck with her 5mth old baby inside while in rolleston. Needless to say she was very distressed. She called 2 companies who said they couldnt help. I called these guys and they got a guy there so fast from hornby and had vehicle unlocked so quickly and baby safe. The guy said that was all that mattered. My daughter didnt have payment with her so i called them back to arrange that and to thank them for their awesomeness. Both ladies i dealt with were absolutely amazing as was the locksmith. They ended up not charging us which in itself these days is pretty special. I will only ever use these guys from here on in and i really hope the owner or manager values them as much as we do. Customer service really makes a difference

Technician was at our house within 20 minutes after calling for him to come and take a look at a stuck lock. After quickly replacing the barrel, and also cutting three keys for not only the repaired door as well our front door, the job was finished in no time. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and great pricing, would highly recommend!

Hopeless. Went to access locks and sorted my key easily.

We called after hours and they had a technician at our house 20 minutes on the dot. Their technician was friendly, efficient, and gave us some helpful hints to avoid getting into a similar scenario. I will for sure be recommending this business over any other in Christchurch.

Nothing much to say , quote given exceeded double , issues are still there , but all get is chitchatting about their high standards as much as can see , not even names left when they tell you to call , once called no one knows anything

The technician was very professional and came very fast in 20mins from receiving our call. It was on Saturday night at dinner time with a rainy day. Very much appreciated for help with lockout the house emergency situation.

I had a lock out so I called Ross Galt. I was given a flat rate over the phone which I agreed to. Their rep arrived within 30 minutes - popped the door open - and cut a key for me (as I was never actually given a key for the door).He was helpful and friendly. 10 / 10 for getting the job done and doing it with a smile.

Amazing prompt service. I spoke to a lovely lady and Brendan arrived the next day and sorted out the issue. Wonderful, friendly, customer service. I would highly recommend.

The staff are all fantastic, from the person who answers the phone to the people doing your install or follow up . Customer service is 100% best I've come across .They installed alarms and cameras for my home . The continued support through updates and changing my phones and computers has been amazing . Sasha and Anna are both very patient and have helped me change things remotely without once raising a sigh at my lack of technological knowledge.If you are wanting an excellent security system they are your go to people 100%
