Love this place. It's all in the details. Good sized rooms, heated beds, great atmosphere, tea and a bliss ball. Staff are really friendly and treatments amazing. Highly recommend.

Today I had a Micro needle facial with the wonderful Michalene. It was absolutely amazing! If you want to address some skin concerns and achieve amazing results def book in to see Michalene and give the micro needling a go. My skin is glowing and plump. They have a special on for this treatment which prompted me to give it a go and I am so glad I did. Michalene is a true beauty expert who knows whats up for getting A plus results with your skin.

Got a couple massage at Bodyhaven, and we really enjoyed the session.

Booked the ‘Boss treatment’ for myself and my partner. Staff were friendly, however the treatments were less than satisfactory.If you like a fast vigorous massage definitely the place to go, however for relaxation not so much.Very repetitive movements over and over.Also very noisy during the massage with products and banging draws ect.I had previously been to the Tory street Body Haven, and this was an overall good experience, however not not so much with Willis street.

My friend and I booked the Boss Spa Package and it was the best! Head to toe pampering and amazing, friendly service from the team. We felt so good after the session and highly recommend the boss spa package and the Bodyhaven team at Willis Street.

The staff were totally unprepared. They didn't talk us through the treatment at all and I had to ask them.Didn't ask about the massage and what pressure, focus areas etc...I did mention at the time of the booking that I am pregnant and whether I could have it tailored to pregnancy - apart from giving me some pillows and it wasn't a pregnancy massage.The environment was very bland and I had to request for music to be put on. No candles (I understand this could be because it's a safey issue?) or any other form of aromatherapy or ambient lighting.There was mould in the corners of the shower.I had swapped the facial for a mani/pedi and the manicure was a truly painful experience as well. My nails were filed so unevenly I had to ask for them to just be cut short in the end.I would have expected a little bit better for the price!I had some good reviews from other people which is why I thought I'd make a booking as a present for my husbands birthday. But after the experience, we've had I wouldn't go back there.I also emailed them twice and didn't hear back. I guess the customer experience isn't a priority for them?

I did massages booking online which is simple and user-friendly. My only recommendation would be to confirm the bookings as I wasn't sure if my bookings was going ahead or not so I had to call in to check.I went with Professional Medi-Facial" and "Foot Pampering Ritual". Leni was the one who taking care of these massages. I very much enjoy her company and amazing and relaxing massage.I also love their products as it doesn't cause reactions on my face (sensitive skin). I would definitely go back again."

We had a spa date here today and it was amazing! There was a bit of a mix up at the start and staff were so accommodating and friendly. The rooms are clean and beautifully laid out, a real luxury. We couldn't recommend this place any more highly!

Poor booking experience. I used their online booking system to book a couple’s massage on a Saturday afternoon a week and a half in advance based on availability on their site. I received a phone call the next day informing me that they only had 1 masseuse on that day. They asked if I could come alone, which of course I couldn’t, the whole point is that it’s a couple’s massage. They asked if I could come on Friday at noon instead and when I said it needed to be a weekend, they said they had to cancel, without offering any other alternatives. I guess I’ll go elsewhere…

Lovely facilities at Elderberry + Kate! Very easy to relax and forget you’re in the middle of the city. The team are really helpful when arranging bookings and answering any questions/making suggestions. I’m really pleased with the results, Tammy is fantastic and did a great job with my brows (shape and tint) and lashes (tint and lift)! Will definitely be back :-)
