Not the greatest supermarket in the world but definitely the greatest PaknSave supermarket I have visited.Well managed, fully packed shelves, proper fishery corner, proper butchery corner.I tend to find cheaper prices here than couple other PaknSave in the region.Some staff are very friendly.And just 1000x better than the horrible PakNSave in Papamoa.

I shop there every week and am still shocked at the prices going up then down then up again and even more shocked when they wont even provide bags to put your fruit and veg in but I'm guilty of it being convenient so will still shop there but do feel like we are not getting real value at all

Popped in to purchase bread milk n wine.. Not my usual supermarket, the place was clean well stocked and very busy.. Prices great.. I will be back

Always nice to shop here, food and items are always well stocked. Good variety and reasonable pricing, considering the price hikes this year. Staff are friendly.

8.40 Sunday - 2 registers open. 36 people waiting in 2 lines. 2 people at the lotto counter laughing with no customers. I can’t wait till another supermarket opens over here…

BE WARNED, or roll the dice for luck here! Has potential to be a really great store, with great products, but constantly suffers from poor customer experience due to ineffective store management.Visit #1 Over charged. Wasted time on refund.Visit #2 Poorly trained staff couldn't supply a receipt since they had moved to next order. Manager didn't know what to do either to print one.Visit #3 Click collect slot. Turned up, they said they were working on it and had a known IT issue". One and a half hours later

Parking close by can be quite packed and often we find our weekly purchases missing from the aisles..staples like dog roll, sausages, fresh bread = Cameron Rd has more. Like that it's close to the mall and a great sushi shop tho!

This afternoon at approx 4.30 pm I’ve experienced a truly terrible customer service situation at this supermarket.I had purchased a 24 pack of Heineken, and when I placed the box on the checkout counter, the operator rudely instructed me to put it in the shopping trolley In front of me instead. Even though I'm three months pregnant, I complied, having to tiptoe and stretch over the cart's handle to reach its bottom.I asked her, somewhat sarcastically, if she'd like me to continue doing her job for her. The checkout operator, Mandeep, responded with an insolent go for it." When I asked the person responsible for approving the alcohol purchase
